Filming pieces for the Annual Report of the International Committee of Red Cross in Colombia, we travelled to different parts of the country to recollect the voices of victims of displacement or landmines, looking at the precarious state of the prisons and getting to know the work of a great doctor who assisted more than 114 liberations.
